Converting Cooking Time from Slow Cooker to Oven
Does anyone know if there is a formula to convert slow cooker cooking times to those for the oven? For example, if a recipe calls for 8 hours in the slow cooker, how long and at what temperature would I cook it in the oven? Thanks.

How much margarine is a "stick"?

How Many Ounces is a No. 303 Can?
I have an old recipe that calls for a NO. 303 can of fruit cocktail. What size can would that be in ounces? It is used in a great recipe for a fruit cocktail cake that is very moist. Thanks for any help on this.

Measuring Marshmallow Creme for Fudge Recipe
I have a Fanny Farmer fudge recipe calling for 1 pint of marshmallow creme. It is sold in my area in 7 ounce jars. I know 16 ounces is a pint. But a 7-ounce jar contains about 2 1/2 cups of marshmallow creme. How much should I use in a recipe calling for a 1-pint jar?

Recalculating Recipe Ingredients
Does anyone know how to recalculate recipe ingredients? For example, I have a recipe for classic beef pot roast. The recipe is for a 3# roast, but mine is 4.5#. How can I change the other ingredients to get the same results? Thanks!
