I want to make good oven chips for the grandchildren instead of buying them. Can anyone help? I have tried making them, but they turn out very dry when cooked. Many thanks.

Make Moist Turkey With Brine
This will make even the lowest priced frozen bird rival a fresh turkey. My approach is to take a new, black plastic trash bag and use it in combination with a five gallon plastic container.

Use Cereal Liners in the Kitchen
To save money buying freezer bags, I use the cereal bags inside the box. They are really good and can be washed and reused again.
