Easy Deviled Eggs
To make easy deviled eggs, put the cooked egg yolk in a zip lock bag. Then mash until they are all broken up. Add the remainder of the ingredients, reseal, and keep mashing until it is thoroughly mixed. Cut the tip off of the baggy and squeeze the mixture into the eggs.

Poaching Eggs
A skillet with a lid is needed. Add water to about 1 inch or 1and a half inches. Put the lid on the skillet, and bring the water to a boil. Then reduce the heat to simmer, making certain that the skillet has smoldery, foggy water inside of it, kind of like a "spa."

Chopping Hard Boiled Eggs
Use an egg slicer to chop eggs for egg salad, dip or salad topping. First, place the egg in the slicer and slice it one way. Next, turn the egg so the slicer can cut the egg across the slices you already made to create little squares or rectangles of egg.

Removing Shells From Hard Boiled Eggs
Does anyone have an easy way to peel hard boiled eggs. I want to use them for egg salad, as an example. I recently got a couple dozen eggs for egg salad. I cooked them, but they were very hard to peel.

Break Eggs in a Separate Bowl
Don't let one rotten egg spoil your recipe. Always break each egg into a small dish before adding it to the other ingredients.
