Eating Healthy on a Budget
I am desperately in need of losing weight. I am only 29 yet I have zero energy at all. I feel terrible. When I have money I do good with eating healthy because I can afford it.

I am driving an Old Order Amish lady to chemotherapy for breast cancer. What can I make her for a little treat? I would like to also fix her some broccoli or asparagus soup because those are just chocked full of antioxidants.

Windowbox Gardening
I grew up on a small farm where we raised practically everything we ate. I've always liked to have some fresh produce growing somewhere. We have downsized to our retirement home and try as I might, I haven't been able to find a suitable place to plant very much of a "Victory Garden."
