Red, White and Blueberry Dessert
I made a healthy, low-cal and super-tasty red, white and blue desert for a 4th of July potluck back in the 1980's. My daughter (now grown) still raves about how it's her all-time favorite desert!

Red, White and Blue Parfaits
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, vanilla yogurt and lemon juice together. Place 1/4 cup of the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a glass. Place 1/4 cup of strawberries on top.

Fourth Of July Bread Pudding
This old fashioned bread pudding is a tradition by my grandmother, then mother and now me for serving at the 4th of July cook-out we have every year for family and close friends. Enjoy!

Flag Cake
Slice 1 cup of the strawberries; set aside. Halve remaining strawberries; set aside. Line bottom of 8x12 inch baking dish with pound cake slices.

A Hill of Beans - Baked Beans That Is

The ole West loved them and movies depicted hungry cowpokes enjoying them over an open campfire. No barbecue is complete without them and kids enjoy them, not even knowing they are nutritious as well. So, don't let another outdoor cooking opportunity pass by without Baked Beans.
