Fresh Apple Cake

Hey, Robin. This isn't really about the apple cake.Just that I'm impressed that you send in so many good recipes so often.I've been wondering if you are a professional cook or caterer?

Editor's Note: In case Robin doesn't see this, Robin's mom was a chef and wrote cookbooks. She learned a lot from her mom about cooking and recipes. She's not a professional cook but obviously a very good one. We'd all like to go to Robin's house for dinner! (10/25/2006)
