- 1 frying chicken
- 2 eggs, beaten
- salt, to taste
Wash and cut up chicken. Tip pieces in beaten egg, season with salt and roll in flour. Put a good amount of shortening in frying pan and melt it. When hot, turn down heat a little and fry chicken slowly. Turn chicken pieces over 3-4 times and cook slowly for about 15-20 minutes. After chicken is browned, put lid over chicken and simmer 20 minutes.
