Fruit Smoothie

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup vanilla lowfat yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh fruit (I love strawberries)
  • Splenda or sugar to taste

Put ice in a blender or Magic Bullet. Blend until crushed. Add yogurt, fruit and sugar or Splenda to taste. Blend until smooth. Pour into large glass and enjoy!

Fruit Smoothie

I don't care what anyone says, my Magic Bullet is worth every penny, I swear. I LOVE it. So handy. I do this: frozen bananas (peeled first of course), frozen peaches (bought in bulk), frozen cantaloupe (in season), plain yogurt (all flavored yogurts have sugar in them), stevia powder (in spices jars at the natural food store) and a few drops of real vanilla. My kids love my smoothies. My friends love my smoothies. I also do coffee drinks in my Magic Bullet, much cheaper than at the expensive coffeehouse. (08/21/2008)
