Fruit and Cacao Breakfast Drink

This is one method of incorporating superfood cacao powder into a beverage. This is a healthy and filling breakfast drink that I enjoy. Some benefits of cacao powder are that it is a great source of antioxidants, calcium, iron, and magnesium.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 3 minutes

Total Time: 13 minutes

Yield: 1 Glass

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Wash grapes. Wash and slice the strawberries. Peel and slice bananas.
  2. In a blender cup, add your sliced bananas, strawberries and grapes. Add cacao powder, honey and almond milk then blend.
  3. Blend until smooth consistency. Enjoy!
