Blue Morning Glories

Blue morning glories in bloom.

This is a shot of my lovely morning glories this past summer - you can see the coxcomb in the background. This was a glorious sight first thing in the morning with dew sparkling on them!

They are gorgeous, I don't have such great luck with morning glories, but they are one of my favorite flower. Usually I don't even get any blossoms til like Sept.,and I don't fertilize cuz I read that doing so will promote foliage instead of blossoms, do you do anything special to get all those blooms on there? Those sure bring back sweet memories! My precious Grandma used to have them climbing up one end of her front porch behind her porch swing. That woman could make anything grow! Thanks for sharing! (01/28/2009)
