Propagating White Trumpet Bush
I received some white trumpet bush stalks about three years ago. They had been overwintered in a bucket stored in a garage. When do I cut the bush back in order to have more stalks to plant next spring?

Starting a Crepe Myrtle from a Cutting
I just returned from Tennessee and discovered Crape Myrtles for the first time. They were in full bloom and are just beautiful. I would love to plant one in Richmond, IN. I think the hardiness zone is 6, but I'm not sure.

Deer Ate My Thornless Blackberry Plants
Deer ate the leaves and tops of the stems of my new thornless blackberry plants, that I planted this Spring. Should I pull it up or can I root some of it? Will the stems grow roots in water? Thanks.

Propagating Hydrangeas
If you love Hydrangeas, as I do, now is the time to propagate them. If you don't have one, maybe a neighbor would let you take a few cuttings. It won't harm the existing plant, so don't be shy in asking. In about 6 weeks you'll be able to plant the cuttings in their permanent site.

Starting a Rose Bush from a Cutting
I have cut some healthy stems off of a rose bush. I have already planted them where I want them to take root and grow. Every website says to put a jar on top of each stem for a greenhouse effect. How long do I need to leave the jars on them? I don't want to suffocate them.
