Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients:

• 8 large potatoes, shredded
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 eggs, beaten

• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1/2 cup flour
• salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and bake in well greased 11x15 inch pan for about 1 hour at 375 degrees F.
