Getting Dog to Use Training Pads

I have a mini Shih Tzu and I was wondering how can I get her to use the pads instead of taking her outside? I got her one that is called Delux training pads, they have a scent on them so that she will go on it. How can I train her to use the pads?

Everytime you think it's about time for her to go, put her on the training pad. Once she does it, she will remember to keep going on them. I would do this more then a couple of times. I trained my dog to them also. (02/12/2009)
