Getting Rid of Unidentified Small Brown Bugs?

I have these brown bugs that are small, but I can see them crawling on my bed. I see they are in my bathroom too. I don't know what to do. We tried bed bug spray even though they don't look like them, but the spray doesn't work. They go away for 2 weeks then it seems they come back. What do I do?

They could be fleas. Put some in a plastic ziplock bag and seal it. Don't crush the bugs. Take it to a place that sells pesticides and they can help you identify them.

You do not say whether these are biting bugs so that kinda limits the ID and You are most likely only killing the visible bugs and new ones are still hiding.

First thing is to identify the kind of bug you have. You can collect a few dead ones and take them to your local garden center (collect in in a clear vial, or a ziploc) and see if they can ID them. They also may be able to recommend something to discourage/kill them.
You can also buy what is called "glue traps" (sold at most Walmart type stores) to capture one and maybe you can use this to ask for help or (if you are not squeamish) you can check out different bug photos on the Internet.
It may be dust mites but you can read this and decide:

They might be fleas and ticks even if you don't have pets (I don't know if you do). Your best bet is to sanitize and vacuum everything, especially corners of rooms, every day for a week or two.

They could very well be bedbugs. Have you tried any bug bombs? with most insects, you have to keep repeating it every so often depending on their life cycle.
