You don't mention your mom's age and hobbies. You also didn't say how much you can spend.
Still, I think I can give you some ideas. Keep in mind your mom's personality and what she does and doesn't do.
Inexpensive: Makeup bag/kit. Set of makeup brushes.
Expensive: new luggage set.
Inexpensive: Jewelry tree/organizer.
Expensive: Jewelry box with jewelry in it.
Inexpensive: one pot or pan she doesn't have, like a double boiler.
Expensive: Set of very good pots and pans.
Inexpensive: Cutting board and ceramic kitchen knife.
Inexpensive: Nice crocheted or silk scarf or wrap.
Expensive: Scarf hanger with scarves and wraps on it.
Inexpensive: Matching cup, soap pump and wastebasket for bathroom.
Expensive: Entire matching bathroom set, including soap pump, cup, toothbrush holder, wastebasket, fabric shower curtain, rug set, wall decorations, night light, towels and washcloths.
