My daughter in law has been going through the granddaughter's toys and arranging them by type, like Barbie's, etc. She purchased some plastic bins of different sizes for this task.

Gift Ideas for Children in Another Country
I am looking for ideas for USA gifts for 5 yr old S. Korean students learning English. My son is teaching English in S. Korea. His students are so wonderful. I'd love to send them something personal from the USA that would be useful to them.

Craft: Homemade I Spy Bag
I made an I Spy Bag for my grandson's 5th birthday present. There are 50 small items inside this beanbag type pillow that is filled with plastic pellets. He can look at the laminated picture card with the written list on the back for when he starts to read.

Teaching My Grandson About Money
I am trying to teach my grandson about money and how to be savvy with it. For Thanksgiving, I gave him 3 one dollar bills. His father took him to the dollar store and let him buy a gift for his mother for Christmas.

Gift Idea: Bedroom Makeover
This is our second year doing this. Last year we did a bedroom makeover for our youngest daughter. She was locked out of her room until Christmas Eve. We are a family of 6 and everyone did something to the room. Our youngest son liked the idea so much that he asked to have his room done this year.

School Supplies For Summer Birthdays
If your school age child has a summer time birthday, let your relatives purchase their needed school supplies such as lunch boxes, backpacks, notebooks as their gifts. Be sure to give important details as to certain favorite colors, sizes needed, favorite cartoon characters (or teen idol groups), and maybe the store or location your child has found a specific item they like and needed.

Bag O' Fun Gift Bag
By Kelly Ann Butterbaugh
Want to create the one perfect gift that might be the cheapest one you ever bought? This one was the biggest hit at my son's birthday party, and it's a great idea for all of the kids on your list this year. Thanks to my dad who took gift baskets to the next level, the Big Bag O Fun was invented, and it lights up kids' eyes.

What a Kid Wants for Gifts
I'm a kid and take it from a kid, kids hate getting: flashlights, clothes (unless we're in love with clothes of course), or anything involving safety for any holiday. What we want is of course is sweets, video games and and money, NEVER a gift card unless it's for Toys-r-us. We prefer money over gift cards any day.
