The Crochet Book: A Gift
By Debra Frick
Here is a great Christmas gift that you can work on from now until Christmas. It is a crochet book for a new or old crocheter. Since it is made on your computer it would be easy to make duplicate copies and if you are a crocheter like me, it would be fun just looking at all those patterns. Now is the time to start this project as most everything you need is on sale for back to school prices.

Healthy Easter Baskets
I have small children and much of the stuff to put in the Easter baskets is candy or are not really suited to little ones. I'd like to include healthy snacks rather than candy.

Dollar Origami Hearts
When were were at a Chinese Buffet, I noticed several Origami hearts clipped over a glass at the checkout counter. The little Chinese waitress handed one to me to see. It was so neat!

Easy Homemade Gift Ideas
Here are some great inexpensive crafts for gift ideas. These were made by children for Bible School but would be good for adult, too.

Soap Angel
Here is a picture of the soap angel I carve for birthdays and Christmas for my Friends, Neighbors and Children. I learned this from a Girl Scout leader over 60 years ago. And have taught several little girls and also a few boys how to carve them over the years.
