Combine all ingredients in a blender until mixed. Keep in a glass jar with a lid. Add 1/2 cup to hot bath water.
Mix all the ingredients but the oils together into a glass bowl. Drop the oils in and work it together with a large wooden spoon or rubber spatula. Pour into a container.
