Use Grocery Sacks for Wrapping Packages
Simply cut out the bottom and slit down the side of a grocery sack. Use to wrap packages you mail. Why waste money on buying packaging paper when this works just as well!

Secure Ribbon on Spools With Rubber Bands
Instead of using tape or pins to keep you rolls of ribbon from unwinding, I found that rubber bands are easier, quicker and leave no holes or stickiness on the ribbon.

Tips To Avoid Wrapping Paper Waste
My family thinks I am crazy when it comes to wrapping paper. One of my biggest pet peeves is when they cut out a small section and toss the roll back into the bin. then the remaining "tail" gets snagged and ripped and it ends up getting cut off anyway and thrown away.

Storing Gift Wrap Under The Bed
I use one of those under the bed storage boxes for organizing my gift wrapping. Along with all the wrapping paper (included some I have recycled). I keep scissors and cellophane tape, ribbons, sticky labels and card tags along with birthday cards and a few left over Christmas cards.

Tissue Rose
This was purely by accident. I had no wrapping paper, so I used several pieces of tissue paper and twisted it up and it formed what looked like, to me, a rose. So I stuck some silk leaves I had on both sides and it looked like I did it on purpose.
