Try the Husqvarna company website - the Good Housekeeper (not Housekeeping but it's a very common mistake:) sewing machine was a badged-for White Sewing Machine Co machine (badged for chain department stores) and White was purchased by Husqvana-Viking in the late 20th century.

You can also try YouTube - there are several videos there showing how to thread, rewind a bobbin, and other sewing on Good Housekeeper machines.

Have tried contacted Husqvarna before about manuals....they are useless! In fact, I happen to have a recent embroidery machine that I paid a lot for and they are as useless when it comes to their current machines.
