Natural Treatment for Rust and Mildew Stains
Here is a natural way to remove mild mildew and rust stains from clothing. Use lemon juice (1/2 cup) and salt (1/4 cup). Mix ingredients together, creating a paste like substance.

Finding Non Toxic Cleaning Products

Baking Soda and Salt for Cleaning Porcelain
To clean kitchen and bathroom sinks, I mix half a wide mouthed mason jar of baking soda with a 1/4 cup of pickling salt (large grained). It works great, is very cheap and simply dissolves as you use it.

Baking Soda for Teeth Whitening
Use baking soda daily to whiten your teeth. It tastes terrible at first, but you get used to it. Just wet your toothbrush and dip it into the baking soda and brush as usual, then follow-up brushing with regular toothpaste for fluoride.

Switching to Stainless Steel Pot and Pans
I switched to all stainless steel pots and pans a few years back when the news came out about the fumes from scratched non stick pans was potentially caustic. It took some getting used to cooking wise.

Homemade Green Laundry Detergent
Pour hot water in a empty milk bottle or a detergent bottle. Then add all ingredients and shake to mix. 1/2 cup for small load, 1 cup for large load.
