Remediating Creosote Logs in the Garden
I am looking for information on remediation of creosote logs in the garden. I am curious about plugging the logs with oyster mushrooms for remediation. The raised beds with the logs are not being used for food cultivation.

Making A Mosquito Trap

Because mosquitoes are attracted to the CO2 we breathe out, I started looking for ideas that used CO2 as the bait for the mosquito trap. I did think of dry ice but it does dissipate fairly quickly.

Use Cloth Napkins Instead Of Paper
Save money and our planet. Use fingertip towels, bandanas, or cloth napkins instead of paper napkins. Use them a day or two or even just the meals for one day then toss them into the laundry basket.

Sydney, Australia's Earth Hour
This weekend, Sydney, the biggest city in Australia, is holding Earth Hour. The idea is that for one hour from 7-30pm they are asking everyone, businesses, restaurants, home owners, to switch off lights and power appliances for just one hour (except of course those needed for safety reasons)
