Best Ever Caramel Corn
Place 16 cups popped corn in large paper bag after it is popped. Do not pop corn in a paper bag as it could start a fire! Combine the brown sugar, corn syrup, margarine, and salt in an 8 cup batter bowl; microwave on full power for 2 minutes.

Witch Fingers
These are fun to serve at a Halloween party. Lay sheets of waxed paper on cookie sheets. In a heavy, tall glass tumbler, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave 30 seconds at a time, stirring with a chop stick till melted. When dipping consistency, dip one end of the pretzel rod into the glass of melted chocolate and turn until you have an even coat about half way up the rod.

Chocolate Marshmallow Holiday Treats
A quick and easy snack/treat that you can customize for any time of year is MARSHMALLOWS. I just made a batch for my girls halloween party at school. Take some Popsicle sticks and place them in the marshmallows. Melt some chocolate. I used white chocolate chips and added food coloring to make them orange for pumpkins, green for Frankenstein, etc. You can use any color.
