Ham Loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground ham
  • 1 lb. ground fresh pork (or can use sausage)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
Glaze
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vinegar

Directions

Mix and put in 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Baste last half hour with glaze.
