Ham and Apple Cheese Bake

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2-2 lb. ham slices
• 2-3 tart apples, pared and sliced
• 1/3 cup flour
• 1/2 cup brown sugar

• 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
• 6 slices mild cheddar cheese
• 1 cup sour cream

Directions:

Cut ham slices into serving pieces and arrange them to cover bottom of greased, shallow casserole dish or pie pan. Place apple slices over ham. Mix together flour, brown sugar and margarine until crumbly; sprinkle over apples. Top with cheese slices. Drop dollops of sour cream over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
