Ingredients:

  • 4 (6 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast, halved
  • 3 tsp. rubbed sage
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • Ad

  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions:

Flatten chicken to 1/2 in. thickness; sprinkle with sage, salt, and pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in butter and oil for 5-6 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Remove and keep warm.

Add cream to the skillet, stirring to loosen browned bits. Cook and stir until sauce is thickened, about 4 minutes. Serve with chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cut with skin removed
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped or 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • Ad

  • 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp. chicken broth
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. thyme, dried
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • rice, cooked

Directions

Place chicken in crockpot. Top with tomatoes, onion, and garlic. Combine broth, bay leaf, salt, thyme and pepper. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Add broccoli; cook 45-60 minutes longer (until the juices run clear). Discard bay leaf. Juices may be thickened with a little cornstarch, if desired. Serve over hot rice. Serves 4-6. A wonderful crockpot meal!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup ReaLemon juice
  • 2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 2 lbs. chicken pieces

Directions

Combine all ingredients except chicken. Brush half sauce on chicken. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until thoroughly cooked, brushing on remaining sauce halfway through baking time.

Yields: 4 to 6 servings

Ingredients
  • 4 large chicken breasts, halved and skinned
  • 1 cup seasoned fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp. crushed tarragon leaves
  • 2 tsp. dried basil
  • 6 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

Dry chicken pieces. Mix with cheese and seasonings. Dip chicken first into the melted butter then into the crumb mixture, coating thoroughly. Place in a large pan in one layer. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 45 to 60 minutes, or until chicken tests done.
