Making Adobe Brick with Cement Added
I live in Arkansas and hope someone can help me. I've done a lot of research on the web in search of what I need, to no avail. I am needing help with a recipe to make my own Adobe brick to build a home with.

Free Building Materials From Building Sites
If you see a construction site or a renovation near your house, ask the contractor or site manager if you can have some of the scrap building material. They usually will be happy to oblige you as long as you don't get in their way.

Drying Cedar For Building
We just cut down cedar trees to build our garage and I want to use the trees to make hand rails but I am not sure how to go about the drying process. What do I do about the tree sap? I have seen these type of railings in log homes that we toured when we built ours.
