I need help decorating my small living room. I have two colors on my wall. The top portion is cream and the bottom half is sage green. My furniture is black leather and my floors are dark frown hardwood. Please give my suggestions on what color to use for window treatments as well as accessories.
You can wall paper a small area with maps or even foreign language newspapers. When I was a kid I just LOVED a hallway of some friends of my parents which was papered in National Geographic maps!
I just finished helping a friend wallpaper a bathroom and in all my years I don't think I've ever seen a more unique type of paper anywhere. She got the idea from a Lowes store.
I'm currently in the redecorating mood and I am in love with two things: stars and the color pink. Do you have any cheap and easy ways I can make my room pretty?

P.S. My room is tiny.
If you can stand in the middle of your room and touch the walls
on all four sides, then you probably need to add some visual
space to your room (either that or see a surgeon about those
gorilla arms of yours!). If the neighbor next door has a closet
bigger than your room (and it's not a walk-in closet!), then
you need a little help "growing" your small room!
The most important thing to remember is that the room is small, and keep furnishings on a par with the room. In other words, no huge pieces, nothing that dwarfs the room.
