Removing The Texture From A Ceiling
Back in the fifties and sixties it was really popular to put a texture on ceilings called a popcorn ceiling. One of the remodeling shows I am a big fan of, gave instructions on how to remove this bumpy, ugly, hard to patch popcorn ceiling.

Updating Master Bedroom with Built In Cabinet
The new house we just purchased has a built in entertainment/storage unit in the master bedroom. Any suggestions for what to do about it? We aren't sure if we'd like to keep it or not, but we don't know how to remove it either.

Temporary Wall Covering While Remodeling
We are remodeling, and do not have wallboard or wiring up in a couple of the rooms. It looks like it will be a year or more before we get it finished. What can I do to cover up the walls so they don't look so much like a dungeon?

Cooking While Your Kitchen is Being Built
We are building a home and we haven't completed our kitchen. This has been a challenge with the cold weather as I have no oven. My indoor cooking consists of a microwave. You have to be pretty organized to complete a hot meal.
