This product is amazing! You spray it anywhere you want to remove algae and moss, or to stop it from to growing. Just put it into a garden sprayer, and spray it on once a year, then every time it rains, it binds with the rain and starts working.
In Southern Florida we get these black molds on our tile roofs, and I was wondering if someone has any suggestions as to how to remove them. I've read on this board about various posts offering advice to use a mixture of bleach and water on shingle roofs. How about on tile roofs? And what are the mixture ratios and how long to leave on before rinsing? Thank you kindly.
I have a wall across the washroom which has leaked since it was done. It only leaks when it rains. The leak occurs between a window on the north wall and the outside back door. I need to try to find where the water is coming in from. There is some flashing at the top of the wall outside that I suspect might be the source.
During a recent snow storm heavy a neighbor kid shoveled snow off the roof of a low porch area at my house. I discovered later that 3 asphalt roof shingles were broken.
We need to roof our home. It has an attached barn that already is leaking. We are wondering if it is cheaper to reroof with shingles or go with vinyl or metal roofing. How hard is it to do ourselves?
I recently had a new asphalt tile roof put on my house. I have valleys in the roof and when it rains the water in the valleys becomes a torrent, ignores the gutters and comes off the house like a fire hose.
