Home Repairs for Low Income Families?

I have asked many times over the last two years for help with repairing my home. I live in a 1988 mobile home and can not afford to move as I am on a fixed income of 1100.00 a month. Both my husband and I are disabled and do not have any way to get money for repairs to fix my soft floors and repair my bathrooms. Also a 25x14' section of a wall that is about to fall off my bedroom needs repair. I also can not really lock my front door. I need help, where do I go?

Is the amount listed a total for both of you, or just yours and if it is just yours why aren't you counting your husband's income? I am 74 and retired and my total retirement SS is $700.00 a month. You should have been taking care of one repair at a time as it occurred. That is the affordable way to do it.
