The sky is the limit for uses of this recipe but my favorites are, of course, for dipping medium rare beef into or spreading on any type of beef sandwich ;-)

Simply mix all ingredients together and serve. This will stay fresh in a covered container in the refrigerator for about three or four days.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. bottled horseradish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together well. Keep refrigerated, tightly covered. The sauce will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks.

A nice sweetened twist for horseradish sauce. :-)

Ingredients:

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate one hour before serving. The sauce refrigerates well for about a week.

Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8oz.)
  • 2-3 Tbsp. picante sauce
  • 1-2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1 can crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed (6oz.)
  • celery sticks

Directions

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, picante sauce and horseradish; mix well. Stir in the crab. Serve with celery.
