Ice Cream Balls with Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients:

• 1.5 cup confectioners sugar
• 1/2 cup oleo* (1 stick)
• 2 oz semi sweet chocolate (2 squares)
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 5 fl oz evaporated milk (small can)

*Oleo is an old fashioned brand of hydrogenated oil or margarine.

Steps:

1. Melt margarine; add sugar and chocolate.
2. Mix and bring to a boil, always stirring and never stopping stirring.
3. Add vanilla and remove from heat.
   
4. Pour over ice cream balls at time of serving.
