They look like a type of beetle! Given by where your seeming them I would say a drug store beetle harmless and definitely not a cockroach! Measure about 2 mm or so! They live in spices, sometime medication, or even dog food/ treats. You must find the source get rid of it and vacuum the remaining ones- and all cupboards they where found in! They like bathrooms so every once in awhile they will migrate to one! I got these from a spice store once and you could see them moving in the bag!! Once I flipped the bag over I could see them moving. Good luck! Bottom line not the worst to have.

It is very difficult to identify bugs from a photo because these are apparently dead and bugs do not always look the same as when alive. Although they do look similar to roaches (roaches like dampness/water) I would not say for sure.

You can put some bugs in a small jar or ziplock bag and take them to a good hardware store (Ace, True Value) and ask someone in their pesticide department or you can take them to a local pest control company.
You can use something like Diatomaceous Earth (DE - food grade only) to kill most bugs like this but you really need to try and find out how they are getting in your house or you will continue to be plagued with them. DE can be bought on-line or at most stores like Walmart
Some people use Borax but I prefer Diatomaceous Earth (food grade) as it is always safe to use just try not to breath in the dust as it is a fine particle. It can be spread under sinks in kitchen and bathrooms, under beds, sofas, in corner, and carpet. You can leave it or vacuum in 2 or 3 days.

They look like beetles to me. They like moisture, so get rid of any leaks.
