This to me actually looks like a type of banana plant, and also kind of looks like a rubber tree plant.
The middle one looks like an umbrella plant.

the first two pictures look like Plumeria, also known as frangipani.
the top plant is called a Madagascar plant. It likes lots of water and plenty of sun
Thank you so much. The leaves definitely look like those on plumeria photos Ive found on the internet. Now it's obvious why it hasn't been developing accordingly, Ive been treating it like a regular houseplant.
