Identifying a Houseplant?

plant with tall stalk and long drooping leaves at the topI've had 2 of these for almost 4 hears and one is flowering. It has a fantastic smell. For the life of me, I can't identify it!

I believe it is a Hawaiian Ti plant. I had one for many years.

Looks like a corn plant, a type of Dracaena.
