This looks to me like an Aeschynanthus radicans, or lipstick plant. At some point do those dark red buds sprout bright red flowers?

It does appear that you have a lipstick plant some may call it a Mona Lisa Lipstick plant.
I believe you will be surer as soon as it blooms.

Yep, it's got to be the lipstick plant! At first, I thought it was Asian Jasmine, then I scrolled to the next picture. It's the lipstick plant.
