It is an epiphyllum which is desperately craving for light. Whatever kind of epiphyllum it is, quickly check for its special cares and put it in full light with no direct sunlight.

The long hairy shoots are the proof that it is craving for light. These kind of shoots are sterile they are only the result of the plant's attempts to reach the light.

You have an epiphyllum that needs to be moved to a better spot where it can get indirect light (no direct sunlight).
There are a lot of different kinds but until yours blooms you may not be able to actually name it.
These are also called orchid cactus (although they are not related to orchids and do not act like cactus).
