I'm thinking some kind of ficus. It can grow very big.
It looks like a Maidenhair Fern
I also believe you have a Delta Maidenhair Fern (Adiantum raddianum) and these can make very nice houseplants. My daughter has several of these in her terrarium and they look very nice - stay green all the time.
It is a fen and i think it is Adiantum capillus-veneris.
