I have a 6'' all porcelain doll that appears to be older in age, but I'm not sure how old. I don't know anything about it. Please help. Thank you.

You should try to find some kind of identifying marks - usually on the back or back of the neck. Without some kind of marks it will very, very difficult for you to find info on your doll.
eBay has a doll discussion board that you can submit pictures, measurement, etc and someone may be able to help you.
