I recently purchased a celosia intenz plant. I plan on keeping it indoors for as long as I can. I have a 10# Maltese and wonder if this plant is poisonous to him?

Celosia is in the Amaranthaceae plant family and are not poisonous to dogs or cats :-)
Celosia is an annual plant I have two of them. I'm glad to hear they aren't toxic to petsl If you want to have a perennial plant, Astilbe is a good one, although it's a shade plant. They look pretty much like the celosia.
