Italian Beef (Crock Pot)
- 4-5 lb. beef roast (any thick cut)
- 1 small jar pepperocini peppers
- 1 pkg. au jus or brown gravy mix
Mix au jus or gravy mix with amount water recommended on package. Place roast in crock pot. Pour au jus or gravy over roast. Add peppers and 1/2 of pepper juice. Cover and cook as directed for crock pot, turning halfway through. To serve, slice beef thin and serve with hard rolls with peppers as garnish. Gravy may be thickened or used au jus.
