Gold Post Medal for All Time! 846 Posts This may sound wacky to some, but this is very yummy as a topping for baked potatoes and, of course, it's perfect as a condiment for tacos and to dip your tortilla chips in! ;-) I prefer using canned diced jalapenos or jarred, sliced then diced, for this recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup diced jalapenos
- 2 tsp. lime juice
Directions:
Stir ingredients together and serve.
