Total Time: 3 hours

Yield: 4-8

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Make Jello according to package instructions. Divide evenly between glasses, stopping approx. 1/2 inch below rim of glass. Refrigerate until set.

  3. Make pudding according to package instruction. Carefully spoon pudding on to about one half of the Jello surface, to create a "beach".

  5. Crush graham crackers, and gently sprinkle some onto the pudding to give it the appearance of "sand". I found that tipping the glass a little helped keep the cracker crumbs off of the exposed Jello.

  7. Take some gummy bears and gently set them on the pudding. Poke the umbrella into the pudding so that the bears can lounge underneath it. Serve immediately to avoid the cracker crumbs getting soggy. Enjoy!
