Jersey Bled on Itself in the Wash?

I have a white football jersey with blue strips on the sides and blue sleeves. I washed it and the blue bled onto the white making it baby blue. How do I return it to its original white color?

Shout makes a color run remover. Its in the laundry aisle and does very good.

Soak it in a 5 gallon pail of hot water with 2T each hydrogen peroxide and dishwasher powdered detergent. Then wash as usual.
