We recently moved our washer to work on the laundry room. We moved it back and when we tried to start the washer it makes a buzzing sound. I no longer have the manual and the model number has been rubbed off over the years.

Normally in washers when they buzz after being moved it is a balance problem. The washer is not level and so the tub can't adjust correctly. Check the level of your washing using a level. Adjust the feet to make sure the machine is level and try starting it again.
There could be something stuck in the drain pump.
