I have not seen the craft you are looking for, but did find an adorable dishtowel, pot holder, dishcloth angel on familyfun.com (I think that's where I found it). Do not see why she would not be beautiful tied with a ribbon to a roll of paper towels (which gives me an idea for gift baskets for my neighbors, thanks).
