A very light cantaloupe color or light mint green would look beautiful.
I love it!!!!
But it is very busy, so you probably want something both cheerful, light, and simple for the walls.
Mint green is a great idea, but I would also consider yellow.
In fact, I envision you painting the cabinets yellow, and use that same colour in tiles/paint for the walls
