My ex has just been awarded his social security and was supposed to be receiving back pay. He owes me $10,000 in back support for my daughter. I was told by his mother that I was supposed to be receiving his back pay.

I am looking into making a will. Has anyone had experience with wills, without a lawyer. I'm referring to alternatives such as online wills and forms at Staples, etc. Thanks and God bless.
