Lemon Salad
This is one of the salads that my sister most loves.
Ingredients:
- 1 large pkg. lemon gelatin
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1 can lemon pie filling
- 1 can crushed pineapple
Topping:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and add pie filling. Add undrained pineapple. When set, spread with sour cream topping.

12-15

I made this and was very good but soupy was there a problem with the amount of liquid?
